You will always be properly draped, and only the area being treated is uncovered. You may keep undergarments on, and your comfort and privacy are always respected.

Mild soreness can occur after a massage, particularly with deeper or therapeutic techniques. This is usually temporary and often followed by improved movement and reduced tension.

Massage therapy does not require a physician referral in British Columbia. You can book directly with a registered massage therapist (RMT). However, some extended health insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement, so it is helpful to check your specific coverage.
